Sandstone Pharmacies is a private company operating 20 community pharmacies in Alberta. Its locations range from 1000 sq ft up to 15,000 sq ft. Sandstone Pharmacies strives to identify and then service the distinct needs of the clients around each of its locations. It has found success by cultivating an independent feel within its pharmacies, while at the same time taking advantage of its corporate buying, systems, and reporting.

Sandstone offers central fill prescription services within its network of pharmacies and full-service compounding, including sterile compounds, to the province.

In addition to the pharmacies, Sandstone operates three Canada Post Retail Post Office (RPO) franchises and three Hallmark Crown Store locations under a trade-mark license agreement.
